This session covers a range of areas and options in relation to the opportunities today for engaging in leisure pursuits and finding work opportunities if they are desired. At the end of this session participants will:

1.  Have an appreciation of the many challenges and opportunities for leisure pursuits in retirement.
2. Receive information and guidelines on a range of organisations conducive to increasing a participants options for leisure pursuits and increasing their social network.
3. Have a better idea of where to go should the participant wish to engage in employment, either paid or voluntary.
4. Feel confident that there is a great social life out there to replace the social life work often provides.
